Hydraulic Mini-Excavator. Specifications

may be picked up at the Town clerk’s

office 8 South Main Street Lyndonville, NY.

14098, during regular business hours. All

bids ,must be: received by 12:OO o’clock

noon on the 23^rd day of December 2008. At

which time: all bids w111 be publicly

opened. The town of Yates reserves the

right to reject any or all bids.
