The meeting was called to Order by the Supervisor at 3:30 pm at the Town Hall 8 South Main Street, Lyndonville, NY

Open Public Hearing on Preliminary Budget
Paul Lauricella- did Roger receive a increase in his Cemetery and water salary?
Supervisor Belson- no he did not.
Paul Laurcella- on page 34 what is the other cultural & recreation grand total amount include?
Supervisor Belson we will check into that.
Paul Lauricella- the budget states prepared by Joanna, is she an employee of the Town?
Supervisor Belson- I prepared the budget she just printed it. No she is not an employee of the Town.
Paul Lauricella- why is extra paid for cemetery and water shouldn’t be all together?
Andrew Meier, Town Attorney explained that this has been done for many years in the beginning the Superintendent was just for road maintenance, now other jobs have been added.
Supervisor Belson explained that some of the Superintendents get paid per meter for water, but all get paid extra for water

RESOLUTION TO CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, all persons requesting to be heard have stated their questons, be it
RESOLVED, the Public Hearing on the preliminary budget be closed at 3:40 P.M.
