Gary Bartikofsky-lake property
owner asked about dog control. Stated he is working on a petition to have
signed and presented to the
Town Board at the October meeting asking for a referendum on a
Leash law for the Town.
Supervisor Martino stated that the Town Board would accept
the petition and review it .
David Schubel, Town Attorney
stated he would check into the possibility of a referendum, but doesn’t know if
this would be allow.

RESOLUTION TO ADVERTISE FOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a part-time laborer to paint
fire hydrants, work in the park and other miscellaneous jobs, be it

Received information from County on the
Cold War exemption. There are 3 different levels that can be adopted.
Supervisor Martino stated that the Board will review
information that the Assessor gave them and put it on the agenda for the
October meeting.
Councilman Bentley asked what is the Cold
War
Shelly Harling explained it would
be any veterans that served their Country between September 1945 and

We have received word from the Health Department that
property owners can start hooking up to water in Phase VIII. Letters should be sent to property owners.
