The Special meeting was called to Order by the Supervisor at 10:15A.M P.M. at the Town Hall 8 South Main Street, Lyndonville NY

THOSE OFFICERS PRESENT: Russell Martino- Supervisor

Jerry Rutledge-Councilman

John Belson- Councilman

Brenda B. Donald- Town Clerk

This meeting was called in order to authorize the Town of Yates Court to apply for a Court Grant through the Court System.

RESOLUTION NO.71-8/09

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TOWN OF YATES JUSTICES TO FILE A GRANT APPLICATION.

WHEREAS, applications for grants for the court system are available for the Justice Court systems.

BE IT RESOLVED, the Justices of the Town of Yates are hereby authorized to file for a grant for the Town of Yates Court System in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00

Offered by Councilman Rutledge, who moved its adoption.

Seconded by Councilman Belson.

Adopted. 3 ayes; 0 nays 2 absent(Bentley, Harmer)

Motion to adjourn by Councilman Belson, at 10:25 A.M.

Seconded by Councilman Rutledge.
