Chairman Don Lamay opened the meeting to accept the
meeting minutes from
presented to each Board Member. No October Planning Board
Meeting lack of agenda.

4.2008. NO MEETING
IN OCTOBER- 2008 AS PRESENTED TO EACH BOARD MEMBER.

Don Lamay passed out the current updated Zoning
Regulations and discussed the Special Use Permit
Application for Samuel Martin, the board had some
concerns about the application he would need to back
the building 25’, to comply with the zoning laws, there
were concerns about the driveway, location,
discussed if he had enough property for the business he
would be getting. That he would need a type B
permit, in the new zoning booklet. Don asked Wendy to
send a letter to Carlton and see if they had any
concerns. Don is going to talk to Mr. Martin again before
the board votes on the application.
Wendy will make more copies of the new zoning booklets
John Benson handed out copies of the noise levels for
Emergent Wind, says they are ready for a pubic
meeting.
Don Almay- discussed training, there was a good turn out
but they discussed the same topics. Board
Member discussed if they needed training.
