Chairman Donald Lamay opened the meeting with review of Special Use Permit Application # 03-07 submitted by Barbara & Mitchell Wright, 1162 N. Lyndonville Road, Lyndonville NY.  Their application is for a Dog Kennel.

Don explained the application process to the Wrights and asked about the number of dogs they own.

Barbara said 6-10 adults would be the maximum.

The application will also need to be sent to the Orleans County Planning Board for review at their November 15, 2007 meeting.

Board members agreed that all the setbacks were in compliance and had no further questions.

Next Special Use Permit Application #04-07 submitted by Gary Bayne, 1597 Murdock Road, Lyndonville.  Gary is applying for a Dog Kennel.

Members reviewed the setbacks and Gary explained his current set up for the dogs.  The building is vented and insulated.  He also has an exercise area for the dogs.  All waste will be disposed of in his compost piles near the woods on his property.

John Belson passed out a letter informing members that the Special Use Permits must remain with the property, not the owner/applicant.

John also reviewed paperwork the Town received for recycle bins.

As there was no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned for a public hearing.
