MINUTES:
As
there were not enough members present for a quorum, no voting could take
place.
Chairman
Donald Lamay opened the meeting with review of Special Use Permit Application #
03-07 submitted by Barbara & Mitchell Wright,
Don
explained the application process to the Wrights and asked about the number of
dogs they own.
Barbara
said 6-10 adults would be the maximum.
The
application will also need to be sent to the Orleans County Planning Board for
review at their
Board
members agreed that all the setbacks were in compliance and had no further
questions.
Next
Special Use Permit Application #04-07 submitted by Gary Bayne,
Members
reviewed the setbacks and
John
Belson passed out a letter informing members that the Special Use Permits must
remain with the property, not the owner/applicant.
John
also reviewed paperwork the Town received for recycle bins.
As
there was no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned for a
