MINTUES:
Chairman Donald Lamay
opened the meeting with how Janice Korff did an outstanding job as Deputy Clerk
and he wants it to go on record. Then he welcomed Jennifer Draper as the
new deputy clerk.

Next members reviewed the Wind Energy Company, John
Belson touched on how the project would run. The Company is Emergent
Energy, he said they would hire company’s to come in
and do as much or as little as we need them to do. Wind Energy received
11 grand to do the study by square mile. Belson said Russell Martino talked
with the company “Emergent Energy” and Belson said we
should set up a Ethic’s Board. What impressed John wsas
how on the ball they were. Belson is expecting
something soon in the mail from them.

Next members talked about the Special Use
Permits, Ed Michel’s brought up Mike Boring and how it’s a slap in the face to
us because he is running his business from his basement and he still has 2
trucks in the driveway. Chairman Lamay said he
would give Dan a call about Kim Russo, because kurz
said, he knows she still has dogs.
Members brought up the house on hall rd, that they built for Brew Baker. And the members
went over Kepner, the challenges between him and Blyer who just bought the house from his father.
Last members and Don Lamay
brought up the Orleans County Department of Planning and Development Class on
Chairman Don Lamay,
asked if there was an updated Zonning and Planning
Book and asked that each member get a updated copy of
this. Jennifer will have them in the office for you to pick up.
