Chairperson Sue Bane called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:00PM, at the Yates Town Hall, 8 South Main Street, Lyndonville, New York 14098.

MINUTES:
Chairperson
Sue Bane asked Paul Lauze if he went down to see Patrick George’s property.
Paul
said yes and he also spoke with the neighbors.
None of which have no problem with Mr. George’s addition.

Sue Bane made a note that we republished for the public hearing – a 13 ft front
setback had to be added.
The
Area Variance Findings & Decision form was filled out.

Sue Bane made a motion to adjourn the meeting for the public hearing at 7:30
pm.

TAKE NOTICE; there will be a Public Hearing held on August 2, 2012 at 7:30 pm
at the Yates Town Hall, 8 South Main Street, Lyndonville, New York 14098. The purpose of the public hearing is for an
Area Variance, Application # 04-2012, submitted by Patrick George at 11715
Munzel Lane FL 12, Lyndonville, New York 14098 for a 3ft Side SetbackVariance
and a 13 ft. Front Setback Variance.
This application may be reviewed at the Office of the Town Clerk, 8
South Main Street, Lyndonville, NY 14098 during regular business hours.
All
persons wishing to be heard shall be heard at this time. Correspondence may be made in person at the
Public Hearing or by letter to the Town of Yates Zoning Board of Appeals.
This
is Application # 04-2012 for Patrick George requesting a 3 ft. side setback
variance and 13 ft. front setback variance to build an addition on to his cottage.
Mr.
George explained that the addition is for a bigger living space, 2 bedrooms and
a covered porch. He is also taking a
tree down that will enhance the view of the lake for the neighbors.
