RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE MEETING MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 6, 2008 AND FEBRUARY 7,2008 AS PRESENTED TO EACH MEMBER

RESOLVED, to accept the meeting minutes from December 6, 2008 and February 7, 2008 as presented to each member.

John Belson stated that he has attended meeting in the Towns of Shelby and Ridgeway regarding the zoning laws for wind energy facilities. He said our Town Board would like a proposal by April 1, 2008.

All present had input and questions concerning the local law.

Ed Urbanik indicated that he needed more information about he DB levels and their effects and the question of bird kills and migration paths

Members also discussed revoking a Special Use permit. The suggestion came from a

County Planning Board meeting that Gary discussed. This will also be reviewed at a

future meeting.

Gary mentioned that the County would again offer a 4-hour training course this year. Details to follow.

Paul Lauricella stated that, as a resident, he did not feel the law to revolce a Special Use Permit was necessary for the Town. His concern was that there are enough regulations already.

At the next Planning Board meeting, members asked to review attendance issues and determine if a different night would work better for board members.

As there was no further business to discuss, the meeting was closed at 7:58pm.
