Chairman Donald Lamay made a note of no December meeting, he was out of town.
Dan Wolfe mentioned that Brandon Auker wants to buy the Family Spot and open it as a meat market. Brandon is coming Monday January 10 to meet with him. Dan and Brandon are going to do the Special Use Permit and Site Plan. Going to put it under Farm market, Agricultural/Residential. Dan will submit the Special Use Permit to the Planning Board at next month’s meeting.
Dan Wolfe has mentioned it to Jim Bensley at the County already.
Chairman Donald Lamay went over Jeff Johnsons updated Special Use Permit. The Board looked at the current versus back when it started. Some questions came up in regards to how big it has grown. 1. The amount of tanks there are. 2. The 100,000 gal tank that is in the back, how close it is to the creek. If there is a break or leak in one of the tanks, it could go into the water. 3. Is the liquid flammable.
Dan Wolfe is going to get in touch with Jeff and discuss these concerns with him.
Next, Chairman Donald Lamay asked if the first Thursday of every month was good for everyone to meet. The Board said that the first Thursday was good for everyone.
Chairman Donald Lamay asked Gary Daum if there was anything going on with the County Planning Board.
Gary spoke about Roberts Farm expanding on Roosevelt Hwy and FEMA will be doing new maps.
