Paul Lauricelli  1. I see that Morrison Road is paved and nothing done to East Yates Center Road.  Where is the Highway Superintendent at these meetings?

Supervisor Belson the Superintendent was not available tonight

Paul Lauricelli-has not been here in months

Paul Lauricelli-2- When doing the budget are you planning on going over the 2%

Supervisor Belson just starting to work on budget we have not gone over the % in the last few years.

Councilman Bradley- Resolution is made to protect the Town in case we do go over the 2% does not mean we will. The Resolution to override the 2% is for protection if the State questions in future years.

Debbie Arlington asked about survey on windmills. Have not received anything timing is bad.

Richard Hellert asked about solar power and setting land aside in zoning for solar panels. Newfane has contacted me about land for sale for solar farms.

Supervisor Belson has had discussions with Ridgeway and Shelby about solar power. Yates owns no lands for a solar farm.

Councilman Bradley, E-waste had to shut down for a couple weeks will reopen in a week.

Committee has been formed for survey on windmills we have met once and will meet again on September 25.
