called the Regular Planning Board Meeting to order at 7:10 pm, at the Town of
Yates, 8 S. Main Street, Lyndonville, NY 14098.

MINUTES:
Chairman Donald Lamay entertained a motion to accept the minutes from the July 7, 2011 meeting.
RESOLUTION NO. 16-08/11
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE MEETING MINUTES FROM THE JULY 7, 2011 MEETING AS PRESENTED TO EACH BOARD MEMBER.
RESOLVED, to accept the meeting minutes from July 7, 2011 as presented to each Board Member.

Chairman Donald Lamay reviewed Matthew Yoder’s Special Use Permit for a Sec. 730 Farm Labor Camp.
Steve Freeman asked if anyone checks on these camps – check to make sure they are kept up with.
Dan Wolfe – The Special Use Permits I inspect once a year.
Chairman Don Lamay asked if any of the Board Members had any other questions or concerns.
There were no more questions or concerns.
Next Chairman Don Lamay started going over the sheet that was written up for a request from the Planning Board to the Town Board for review of Sec. 810 of the Local Zoning Regulations.
The Planning Board meeting adjourned for the Public Hearing at 7:28 pm
Opened the Public Hearing at 7:30 pm.
The Public Hearing was for a Special Use Permit Application submitted by Matthew Yoder, at 2204 Angling Rd. Lyndonville, NY 14098 for a Section # 730, Farm Labor Camp.
Matthew has met all the requirements and submitted all the paperwork.
Chairman Don Lamay opened to the floor for any questions.
No comments.
Chairman Don Lamay entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing.

Reconvene the Regular Planning Board Meeting at 7:35 pm.
Chairman Don Lamay asked if there were any more questions or concerns with Matthew Yoder’s Special Use Permit.
There were no other questions or concerns.
Chairman Don Lamay entertained a motion to accept Matthew Yoder’s Special Use Permit for a Sec. # 730 Farm Labor Camp, as is.

RESOLVED TO ACCEPT MATTHEW YODERS SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A SEC. # 730 FARM LABOR CAMP, AS IS.
RESOLVED, to accept Matthew Yoder’s Special Use Permit for a Sec. #730 Farm Labor Camp, as is.

Next the Board continued the discussion on the Alt. Planning Board Members. When to include them on votes. It was also mentioned that the Alternates should be at all the meetings. (Keeps them informed of what’s going on at all times.)

Round Table – Gary Daum went over the County Planning Board Meeting. Gary discussed the draft copy of Reviewing Applications for Use Variances. (See Attached)
